Bảo dưỡng hệ thống pin và nguồn điên (Battery)

Giữ khô và sạch bề mặt của pin. Làm sạch bề mặt pin kịp thời bằng giẻ ướt ( vắt khô) khi có nước tràn, bụi hoặc chất ô nhiễm khác.
Kiểm tra vỏ pin xem có bị hỏng và biến dạng không?
Kiểm tra nhiệt độ của chất điện phân phải nhỏ hơn 45 độ C trong khi sạc nếu không cần phải kiểm tra hoặc thay thế bộ phận hư hỏng.
Kiểm tra mức độ điện phân, thêm nước cất hoặc nước khử ion đến mức đúng sau khi được sạc đầy ( Mức đúng: Chỉ là một phần của vùng trắng dobbler tiếp xúc. Kiểm tra xem các dobblers nổi tự do và không bị kẹt)
Kiểm tra kết nối cap pin có an toàn không
Kiểm tra xem có rỏ rỉ chất điện phân hay không, rỉ kết nối, tiếp xúc vật lý kịp thời hoặc ngừng hoạt động nếu tồn tại.
Kiểm tra bo mạch, vệ sinh bo mạch diều khiển
